- Punctuality: We understand that unforeseen circumstances like traffic can cause delays. However, missed appointments affect our schedule and other patients. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointments.
- Communication: If you are running late or need to reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate everyone, our schedule is often fully booked, and late arrivals may not be accommodated and are subject to a no-show fee.
- Calm and Respectful Language: We ask that all interactions with our staff be conducted in a calm and respectful manner. Abusive or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in discontinuation of services.
